What this site collects
AlwaysAlly is operated by Node Solutions. Today this site is a single page describing AlwaysAlly and a form for joining the waitlist. AlwaysAlly itself is not yet open to the public.
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the advertising parameters in the link you arrived from, so we can tell which ad brought you here. We store this with a third-party service provider and use it for one purpose: to contact you when AlwaysAlly opens to new members. We do not sell it.
We also use analytics and advertising cookies to measure how this page performs. You can decline them without affecting your ability to join the waitlist.
To be removed from the waitlist, or to ask what we hold about you, email support@nodesolutions.ai.
The full Node Solutions Privacy Policy follows, and applies to this site.

California residents under 16 may have additional rights regarding the sale of their personal information (see Section 11).

5. Automatic Data Collection
As you navigate our Website or Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to gather information about your equipment, browsing behavior, and usage patterns. This may include:
Details of visits (traffic data, location, logs, pages accessed).
Information about your device and internet connection (IP address, browser type, operating system).
Online activity over time and across third-party sites (“behavioral tracking”).
Technologies used may include:
Cookies: small files stored on your device. You may refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Website may not function properly.
Web Beacons/Pixels: small electronic files that record Website usage statistics, email interactions, and system integrity.
### What runs before you answer the cookie banner
We separate measuring how this page performs from advertising, and we treat them differently.
**Before you make a choice**, we run analytics in a cookieless mode. It counts page views and records how the page is used, but it does not store a cookie on your device and does not create an identifier that lasts beyond your browser tab. We do this so we can tell how many people the page actually reached. If we only counted people who accepted cookies, we would be measuring the small number who click accept rather than the people we are trying to serve.
This analytics service also records a playback of the page session — how the page was scrolled and which items were selected — so we can find parts of the page that are confusing or broken. Content typed into form fields is masked in these recordings.
**If you accept**, the same analytics gains a cookie so a return visit can be recognised, and our advertising partners' measurement tags are allowed to load. Those tags are what let us tell whether an advertisement led to a signup.
**If you decline**, no advertising tags load at all, and analytics stays cookieless. Everything on this Website continues to work, including joining the waitlist.
We do not sell personal information for money. Allowing advertising tags to load may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under some state laws, which is why they are only ever loaded after you accept, and why you can change your mind (see Section 9).
### If you give us your email address
When you join the waitlist, your email address is stored by our waitlist provider and is also recorded in our analytics service, so we can connect a signup to the visit that produced it. If you would prefer this removed, contact us using Section 14 and we will delete it.
### Service providers (sub-processors)
We do not operate this Website's infrastructure alone. We rely on a small number of third-party providers who process information on our behalf and under our instructions, including:
A website hosting and content delivery provider. - A product analytics and session recording provider. - Advertising platforms whose measurement tags run only after you accept. - A provider that stores waitlist signups and any survey answers you choose to give. - An email delivery provider, where we contact you about the waitlist.
These providers are permitted to use the information only to deliver their service to us. Advertising platforms are an exception worth naming plainly: they also use what they collect for their own purposes, including targeting advertising across other websites. That is the reason their tags sit behind your consent.
We will name any specific provider on request — contact us using Section 14.
6. Third-Party Data and Tracking
We may receive information about you from third-party services (e.g., app stores, social networks) if you access our Services through them. Some Website content and advertising may be served by third parties, including ad networks and content providers. These parties may use cookies, web beacons, or similar tools to collect information about you, including across websites and online services, to deliver targeted advertising.
We do not control third-party tracking technologies. If you have questions about targeted advertising or wish to opt-out, contact the responsible provider or review the choices outlined in Section 9.
7. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:

10. Accessing and Correcting Information
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@nodesolutions.ai . We cannot delete personal information except by also deleting your account. We may deny requests if required by law or if fulfilling them would result in inaccurate records. Deleting User Contributions does not guarantee complete removal, as cached or archived copies may remain accessible.
11. State Privacy Rights
Certain states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, provide residents with rights such as:
Confirming whether we process personal information.
Accessing, correcting, or deleting certain information.
Data portability.
Opting out of personal data processing for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling with significant effects.
Restricting or requiring consent for processing sensitive personal data.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) , including rights to disclosure, deletion, correction, and opt-out of data sales. California’s “Shine the Light” law also permits residents to request disclosure of personal information shared for direct marketing. Nevada residents may submit opt-out requests under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A by emailing support@nodesolutions.ai .
We do not currently sell data triggering Nevada’s opt-out requirements.

Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Where a password is required, you must keep it confidential.

We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Modified” date. Significant changes may also be communicated via email or in-service notifications. Continued use of our Website or Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
